Shipping

All ready-to-ship items will dispatch within 5 business days after payment.  Shipping is complementary for domestic orders, by means of USPS First Class Economy Mail (3-8 business days).  More available options are Standard shipping (3-4 business days) for $10, and Express (1-2 business days) for $30.

Choosing Priority Shipping (2-3 day) only affects the shipping speed, not the processing time.  Your order will still be processed within the standard timeframe.  Please note that I cannot offer refunds for orders or shipping costs due to misunderstandings about expedited shipping.

I do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves my hands and is scanned by USPS, it is officially in their care.  I understand how frustrating it can be when a package is delayed, lost, or stolen, but unfortunately, I have no control over its journey once it is in transit.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, here are a few things you can do:

  • Track your order- Use the tracking number provided to stay updated on its progress.  Occasionally USPS will pre scan a package before it has arrived, give it a couple days to be sure this isn't the case.
  • Secure your delivery location- If package theft is a concern in your area, consider using a PO box or having it delivered to a trusted location.
  • Contact USPS for assistance- If your package seems lost or stuck in transit, reaching out to USPS directly is the best way to get information or file a claim.
  • Check with your neighbors- Sometimes packages simply get dropped at the wrong house

I always do my best to package and send your order safely, but once its with USPS, it is out of my control.  If you experience an issue, I recommend checking with your local post office first.  Thank you for understanding, and I appreciate your support!
