Refund policy

In light of handmade products, I do not accept returns unless a manufacturing error occurred.  Each piece will be described as accurately as possible. Please know your ring size before ordering; I do offer ring sizers for sale.  If you ever have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out via andisastudio@gmail.com

Exchanges will only be accepted for non custom pieces and must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.  You may exchange for an available item of equal or lesser value.  Your items must be unworn and in original sale condition. 

Return shipping will be paid by customer.
