Shipping

All ready-to-ship items will dispatch within 5 business days after payment.  Shipping is complementary for domestic orders, by means of USPS First Class Economy Mail (3-8 business days).  More available options are Standard shipping (3-4 business days) for $10, and Express (1-2 business days) for $30.

Choosing Priority Shipping (2-3 day) only affects the shipping speed, not the processing time.  Your order will still be processed within the standard timeframe.  Please note that I cannot offer refunds for orders or shipping costs due to misunderstandings about expedited shipping.

I do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

In light of handmade products, I do not accept returns unless a manufacturing error occurred.  Each piece will be described as accurately as possible.  If you ever have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out via andisastudio@gmail.com

Exchanges will only be accepted for non custom pieces and must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.  You may exchange for an available item of equal or lesser value.  Your items must be unworn and in original sale condition.  Return shipping will be paid by customer.

Custom Availability

While I deeply love doing custom work, my schedule does not always allow the space for this.   I will open up a customs page on this website when I have availability for personal projects.  The best way to stay up to date on when my custom bookings open is to join my mailing list and/or follow me on instagram.

Service & Warranty

I'm happy to offer servicing and repairs for ANDISA STUDIO pieces to address normal wear and tear.  Please note that repairs needed due to improper care or failure to follow care instructions will incur a fair charge for labor and materials.  

Each piece from ANDISA STUDIO is lovingly handmade, embracing the unique charm of artisan craftsmanship.  While subtle imperfections may be present, they will always be disclosed.  Rest assured, the quality and integrity of your jewelry remain uncompromised, showcasing the true beauty of handmade design.
